This leglislative concept and these many views of past cases of this political pandering does present some merits to many cases and viewpoints but each case is different or are the commandments of any value today. I have even asked my PO about this and he just avoids the answer as do many. A probation officer does what the courts say to keep his or her job as my sister so says. Even Janice’s articlethe punishment does not fit the crime has merit.
Guilt or innocent is not a flip of a coin. If thats the case than we’re all guilty.
Their is an old saying, Nothing worse than a woman’ scorn. One wonders who turns the coin around? Actually I can see why more women have compassion than men in the criminal Justice field. This mixing Child Porn into much of this legal challenge is a bit of a ruse when those on the other end of a computer want to induce one with this stimulus. Much if this is just as much as the person or authority doing the pushing, harassing, or provoking. Letigation is good but moral judgment and true understand is better. Like many of you all have said on here their rewriting new law’s daily.
Sure going with past criminal cases and the outcomes does merit some values but every situations is different just like fingerprints. Sure its hard to adjust to environments and sure nobody wants to be in prison unjustly. We all have many pitfalls and roadblocks in life or who causes stumbling blocks on another. Is this pandermic a stumbling block for everyone or should we all go with the State vs the Pandermic if mankind even know’s where this pandermic comes from. We all seek answers. I have even met some good people in jails or do they still give traffic tickets to those that have fall out of the mouth in many respects.
The linked website is a great resource on court cases and scholarship relating to the registry and regitrants.
